Official Rules & Regulations
1. Only confirmed sales referred between February 1st and March 31st 2008 qualify.
2. Only open to standard Rewards Affiliates. VIP Affiliates do not qualify.
3. Wii Consoles will be awarded to qualifying Affiliates starting June 1st, 2008.
4. Limit one Wii per Affiliate account.
5. Netfirms will draw the 5 winning Affiliates at random on May 30th 2008.
6. Affiliate account combinations do not qualify.
7. Wii product must be accepted as awarded. No cash or substitutions.
8. Only applies to Domain names, PLUS and ADVANTAGE plan sales. Offer does not apply to Business plan sales.
9. Commission will be paid per standard commission schedule in compliance with regular billing procedures.
10. Wii Consoles will only be shipped to registered Affiliate addresses.
11. Netfirms Rewards is open to the general public.
12. Recipients of a Wii may be showcased in promotional and/or advertising material in any manner and in any medium which Netfirms Inc. may deem appropriate.
13. Netfirms Inc. retains the right to make substitutions of equivalent kind or approximate value in the event of the unavailability of the Wii system for any reason whatsoever.
14. This program is subject to all federal, provincial and municipal laws.
15. Netfirms Inc. reserves the right to terminate this program at any time without prior notice.
16. Participants grant Netfirms permission to contact them for market research.
