Note: The 32 MB attachment limit for Roundcube also includes any MIME (Multipurpose Internet Mail Extensions) information related to the message. For this reason, you may NOT be able to attach a 32 MB file, and the actual attachment size limit may be lower while using the drive for Google Workspace and Office 365 is a must if you are sending larger files.

What file types can't be sent or received through our email servers
To prevent spammers and hackers from spreading viruses and spam throughout the network, our company has blocked the following file types:

If you need to transfer one of these file types, use FTP to transfer the file. That way, the file reaches the intended recipient without using our mail servers.
